Beth Ward strikes back!
I guess a few posts back I mentioned I didn't come from an overly "snuggly" family.
Within a few days my pop sent me an email that said "your mother is compiling pictures of you guys snuggling, sorry we didn't keep it up as you guys got older..." and then in the mail the other day my mom sent me these photos.
I of course was sent on a trip down memory lane, and shuffled through them over and over again. So here is a public retraction of my statement, because obviously we snuggled.
We had to! We had a small house, one bathroom, and my brother and I shared a room until I was 11-12 years old. I think this is more fun.![]()
I guess the important word I use is "overly". We hug now, we tell each other we love each other, we stay in touch a lot. We enjoy each others company so much! Now that my brother is further away (and married to a girl who is very family oriented) he contacts me more and it's great!
I know a few people that are real physical people. They snuggle on the couch with their adult friends. There is nothing wrong with this. There are very few people I do this with.
So here's to snuggling!

dig those pics! i remember snuggling on the couch together watching tv for hours. but when we were both teenagers, i think our family dynamic changed. i think our parents became like cool friends that we would hang out with instead of 'mommy and daddy'
i wish i still had those sneaks; not to mention those cool brown bootcut cords!
