Summer has been pretty, umm, boring so far. Mostly because I have no energy to do much. I see the light at the end of the tunnel though as week 12 of my third pregnancy approaches. I am enjoying the few plants I know how to grow, and I'm experimenting with a few others. I'm thinking of the art shows I have coming up and the tools I need for them. And planning planning for SCHOOL, already.....

Joel's My Man

Joel is training, training for Ragbrai coming up in July. He's recruited a few souls to ride with him. He's got the shoes, and the shorts and he's loving his new freedom to ride. Good thing, because I'm a slug and one of us needs to be energetic!

I don't do it when asked though. I'm a great helper getting dishes for meals and clothes for Eden. I love to help!"

After a happy gathering at Neidlov's with Mary and Jess, I wanted to kill a little more time so we went to say hi to our fishy friends at the Choo-Choo. Man, it's a sad sad place. The koi in the pools are the only thing that are much to gaze upon. I hope the Choo-Choo become something worth visiting again. But with the bright summer soltice sun shining down on us we snapped a few pics and came home with some wonderful visuals to take in. Thank God for these bright creatures that fill my children with such joy. See the whole set here
